Delivery Information

Delivery Policy

At Lavi Protect, we aim to ensure that your ordered products reach you in proper condition and as quickly as reasonably possible. This policy explains our shipping arrangements, delivery costs, estimated delivery times and the procedure for receiving orders placed at shop.laviprotect.ro .

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed by LAVI PROTECT S.R.L. according to our business hours, product availability and order confirmation.

After an order has been placed, we review the selected products, quantities, delivery details and availability.

If a product is unavailable or circumstances arise that affect order fulfilment, the customer will be informed and provided with the available options.

2. Shipping Methods

Products are delivered through the shipping services available for the relevant order, to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Available shipping options may vary depending on the destination, parcel dimensions and weight, product characteristics and availability of transport services.

Available shipping methods and their applicable costs are communicated before the order is confirmed.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on product availability, order processing, destination and the selected transport service.

We aim to meet the delivery estimates communicated to customers. Where significant delays occur, affected customers will be informed.

For contracts concluded with consumers, unless a different delivery period has been agreed, products shall be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with applicable Romanian legislation.

If the delivery obligation is not fulfilled, consumers are entitled to the remedies provided by law, including, where applicable, granting an appropriate additional period for delivery and terminating the contract under the relevant legal conditions.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated or communicated according to the characteristics of the order and its destination.

Before the order is confirmed, customers are informed of the applicable delivery charges or, where these cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, the method of calculation and relevant information.

Bulky, heavy or specially handled products may require additional transport charges, which will be communicated before the contract is concluded.

5. Product Availability

Product availability information is updated periodically. However, temporary discrepancies may occur between displayed stock levels and actual availability.

If an ordered product is unavailable, Lavi Protect will inform the customer and may propose a revised delivery date, an alternative product or cancellation of the unavailable item.

Any substitution of an ordered product will only take place with the customer's consent.

6. Receiving Your Parcel

Upon delivery, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the number of parcels received.

If you notice visible damage, torn packaging or other irregularities, we recommend documenting the situation with photographs and informing both the carrier and Lavi Protect as soon as reasonably possible.

If products are missing, damaged or different from those ordered, please contact us so that we can investigate the situation and identify an appropriate solution.

Failure to report an issue at the moment of delivery does not restrict the consumer's statutory rights regarding product non-conformity.

7. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and delivery information.

An incomplete or incorrect delivery address may cause delays. Any additional charges attributable to the customer will be communicated and handled in accordance with applicable legislation.

8. Partial Deliveries

In certain circumstances, products included in the same order may require separate shipments.

Customers will be informed about the delivery arrangements and any applicable charges before agreeing to changes in the original order conditions.

9. Transfer of Risk

For sales to consumers, the risk of loss or damage to products passes to the consumer when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Where the consumer independently commissions a carrier not offered by the trader, the specific statutory rules regarding the transfer of risk shall apply.

10. Business Customers

Orders placed by legal entities or for professional purposes are subject to the agreed contractual conditions, applicable commercial legislation and any specific terms communicated before order confirmation.
